Managing director of renewable energy organization of Iran in the conference of Technology and energy management mentioned that in the sixth development plan of the country the capacity of clean and renewable energy power plants will increase to 5000 MW
Dr. Seyed Mohammad Sadeghzadeh in the third international conference of Technology and Energy management said that in the sixth development plan of the country, capacity of clean and renewable energy power plants will increase to 5000 MW.
According to the public relations of renewable energy organization of Iran (SUNA), the chairman of the board of directors and the managing director by mentioning the increase of renewable energy capacity up to 5% in the sixth development plan of the country said, our country is the first in the world for having the greatest sources of fossil fuel such as natural gas and oil. At the same time these sources can bring huge amount of foreign exchange to the country and have an effective role in world energy supply concurrently.
Dr. Sadeghzadeh in other part of his speech pointed out that at the moment the legal sustainable infrastructure is available for guaranteed power purchase from renewable energy resources and also enough budget which is completely independence from the public budget for this matter in the country. He added that development plan for the clean and renewable energy in the country was welcomed by the investors.
He also said that the ministry of energy announced that in 2017-2018 no decrease will happen to the price of Tariffs, so the investor can apply for the arrangements of their power plants.
It is worth mentioning that the third international conference of Technology and Energy management was held by Iran Energy Association and cooperation of Shahid Beheshti University.
