Launch of three SATBA Mechanism Plans at the Presence of Minister of Energy

In the 43rd week of Ministry of Energy’s plan, three mechanism plans were launched including empowering the process of constructing renewable and clean power plants in non-governmental sector, initiation of a national smart management system for construction and operation of renewables (Mahan) and also integrated national management system for guaranteed renewable electricity process from household subscribers (Mehrsan).
Dr. Satkin called Mahan system a mechanism system for receiving all the demands of subscribers for construction, operation of renewable power plants in megawatt scale and said: “Providing a comprehensive database, precise control for announcements, elimination of paper work and the ability to provide services for the clients after working hours inside and outside of the country are of the objectives of this system.”
The Head of STABA mentioned the changes in SATBA’s approach towards construction projects with the investment of private sector and called the “providing integrated mechanism for the construction process of renewable and clean power plants in non-governmental sector” the second mechanism project of the organization and mentioned: “Monitoring, controlling and supervising the process of development and advancement of the power plants, categorizing power plants under construction based on the process of advancement, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, field monitoring while progress and project control until inauguration are the five operational phases of this process.”
Dr. Satkin called “launch of the integrated national management system for guaranteed renewable electricity process from household subscribers (Mehrsan)” SATBA’s third mechanism project and said: “All the processes including equalization of operational processes, providing a database, smart monitoring of the amount of generated electricity of online reading, providing electricity generation invoice, analyzing electricity generation data, evaluating the potential of electricity generation and finally developing related web services to management of different parts of the systems will be done via Mehrsan system.”
