Dr. Sadeghzadeh, Deputy Minister of Energy and head of SATBA emphasized that the organization will mobilize all the facilities to support the export of renewable electricity to the neighboring countries in line with the fulfillment of announced policies by H.E. Ardakanian, Minister of Energy.
According to the Public Relations of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Organization (SATBA), Dr. Sadeghzadeh, referred to the provision of legal approvals for the export of renewable electricity and highlighted its benefits, such as promoting the power industry, developing power plants without being dependent on fuel and water consumption, strengthening the sustainability of the electricity grid, and strengthening Iran's high-level economic and social relations with neighboring countries.
According to the report: Deputy Minister of Energy mentioned that SATBA has provided the opportunity for private sector investors to support the export of renewable electricity to the neighboring countries. If the problem of selling electricity to other countries may become problematic in any case, the possibility of selling electricity to SATBA is feasible based on the terms and conditions approved by the Ministry of Energy. Accordingly, in accordance with the negotiations with the Ministry of Energy this issue is mentioned in the of electricity export licenses.
Dr. Sadeghzadeh noted that SATBA is prepared to tackle all possible ambiguities and it is its duty to make all these projects operational.
