A joint meeting was held to eliminate the barriers faced by active private sector investors in the field of renewable and clean power plants in Nain, Khor, and Biabanak cities. According to SATBA’s public relations and international affairs, the joint meeting of investment on renewable and clean energies was held with the participation of Dr. Pourbaferani (the representative of the people of Nain, Khor and Biabanak), Mr. Zaferanchizadeh (deputy of non-governmental sector development), and Mr. Asghari (director general of SATBA’s licenses and permits office) and a group of managers and investors in the sector.
At this meeting, Dr. Pourbaferani and the governors of Nain, Khor, and Biabanak cities discussed the potential conditions and capabilities of these cities in terms of using solar energy and the electricity supplying shortages, as well as preventing the blackouts. Then Mr. Zaferanchizadeh while expressing his satisfaction regarding the meeting, he explained about investment on renewable energy and announced the SATBA’s readiness to eliminate the barriers along the investment process.
The report adds that in the following, investors and applicants for clean and renewable energy mentioned the problems and obstacles ahead in operation of these power plants and discussed it with the officials of the SATBA. Finally, Dr. Pourbaferani, a representative of the people of Nain, Khor, and Biabanak, thanked the officials of SATBA for their presence in these cities and requested that they be fully cooperative for ease of investment like the past.
